- 50% deposit at the time of booking, remaining balance 7 days prior to arrival.
- £250 Good housekeeping bond, however we don’t require it upfront and in the event of breakages and extra costs incurred because of your stay we will speak to you before we take any action.
- Zero cancellation fee up to 7 days prior to your stay, after that 25% of the deposit refunded.
- Check out at 10am ~ Check in at 3pm. This is unchangeable to enable the cleaners to have plenty of time to ensure its looking and smelling wonderful for your stay.
